Golf course villa in Tuscany

The pool is just a few metres away from the rear of the house, measuring 12×7.5 metres and with a varying depth of 1.4 to 2.5 metres. There’s a diving board, a Jacuzzi, and a small storage area containing a fridge, so you don’t even have to walk back to the house to freshen your drinks.

After walking through a small hallway, we come to a rustic open-plan living area, decorated with antique wooden furniture and subtle Tuscan-style artwork, some of which dates back to the 17th Century. The room is lit by wide French windows leading out onto the terrace. A set of plush sofas and armchairs are arranged around a square coffee table, and in the corner sits an open fire place below a large framed mirror. A flat-screen television is housed inside a decorative wardrobe near the hallway.

If we continue through this room, we come to a dining area, complete with an ornate wooden dining table and chairs. These are set beside another tall pair of French windows with long tied-ba
